You invest in creating great experiences for your clients and employees. Shouldn’t your experience as a client be best in class?

  1. Start by recycling the catalogs left behind by other distributors. r4 will provide you with a customized “idea book” specifically tailored to each request or event. The purpose of the r4 Experience “Idea Book” is to present products and ideas that will not only meet your specific needs but also provide the highest perceived value.
  2. Provide r4 with important information such as budget, desired quantity, logo specifications, required delivery date and location, event specifics and the demographics of the recipients. With this information, r4 can better tailor the product search to your specifications.
  3. Receive the r4 Experience “Idea Book” and determine which item(s) you’d like to see samples of, if needed.
  4. If you choose to proceed with an order, confirm the order details with r4 so production can begin!
  5. Each order will receive an artwork proof/digital mock-up for client approval prior to production. Production will not begin until you are 100% satisfied. If required and if time allows, a pre-production sample will also be provided.
  6. The r4 team will update you throughout the production process to confirm the expected ship and delivery date. Prior to receipt, all orders will be subject to an extensive quality control review to ensure your order is exactly as expected. If there is any deviation in the product or in the reproduction of your logo, r4 will replace with no cost to you.
